MK Technology

MK Technology GmbH was founded in 1997 by graduate engineer Michael Kügelgen. The company is situated in Grafschaft, close to Bonn.

It deals with the development, production and sales of special machines for Vacuum- and Investment Casting.

Our customers mainly apply these machines in the field of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Production for a fast production of plastic and metal parts.

Metal and Investment Casting

During the investment casting process, also called wax de-melting process, a ceramic shell is built layer by layer around a wax part by alternate dipping and sanding. The new Cyclone technology combines these steps within one single machine.

Based on a master model and a silicon mould, plastic prototypes can be produced by vacuum casting to check “fit, form and function” within the shortest time.
