Thank you for your interest in our job advertisement. The protection of your personal data means a lot to us. Therefore we will inform you about the collection, processing and use of your data in the frame of e-mail applications or per web form in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations.

Collection, Processing, Use and Disclosure of your Data

Personal data are only collected, stored, processed and used for purposes that are associated with your interest in a current or future employment with us, and the processing of your application. A passing on to third does not take place.

For the application procedure we will collect data like name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc. These data are basically used as contact details for your application.

If your application is successful, the data can be used for administrative matters in the frame of the employment.

Your application will exclusively be processed and noted by the relevant contact persons in our company. All employees that are involved in data processing are obliged to treat your data with strict confidentiality. Third parties will receive no information from your information under any circumstances. The processing of data only takes place within our company.

Retention Period of your Application Data

In principle, a deletion of your personal application data will be carried out automatically three months after the end of the application procedure. This will not apply if legal provisions prevent the deletion, require the further storage for the purpose of evidence or if you have explicitly agreed to a longer storage.

Storage for Future Job Advertisements

If we are unable to offer you a job at present, however, on the basis of you profile we got the impression that your application might be of interest for future job advertisements, we will store your personal data for twelve months, provided that you explicitly agree to such a storage.

In order to protect the data collected in the frame of you application against manipulation and unauthorized access, we have taken various technical and organizational precautions.

Right to Information and Revocation

You have the right at any time to request detailed information about your stored data and that incorrect data about you will be corrected or the stored data will be deleted completely or in part.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The respective data will then be deleted immediately. In this case, please send your revocation with full name and your e-mail address to office@mk-technology.com. In the cases determined by law, the deletion can be replaced by a blocking of the data.
